1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup uncooked white rice

2 cups chicken broth

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tbsp. butter

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. garlic powder

1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

2) In a large bowl, combine uncooked white rice, chicken broth, milk, sour cream, butter, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.

3) Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and add to the rice mixture. Stir until all chicken pieces are coated in the rice mixture.

4) Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender and fluffy. Serve immediately.

In a large saucepan, combine the rice, chicken broth or water, and chicken breasts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir to combine. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool slightly.
